Odessa, Texas (February 19, 2026)—Odessa Regional Medical Center recently announced that Joseph E. Marino has joined the organization as Chief Financial Officer, effective Monday, February 23.

Marino brings nearly 30 years of healthcare financial leadership experience to Odessa Regional Medical Center. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at St. Mary’s Health System – Covenant Health in Lewiston, Maine, where he oversaw financial operations across acute care, behavioral health, and post-acute services. During his tenure, he helped drive meaningful financial improvements while supporting operational stability.

Marino holds a Master of Business Administration from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from LaSalle University.
